The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has approved a format for reporting information on initiatives or projects to be submitted by initiators (business representatives or public officials) and implemented as part of the Digital Agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
To file an application, the initiator must register on a special Internet resource on the portal of the Union, which will become available in the next few days. The initiator should fill in the online form, which consists of 11 information blocks. Each block contains questions, the answers to which will allow assessing the relevance, the degree of elaboration of the initiative, the expected resource consumption and integration-oriented rate, etc.
The information blocks “The problems and needs of the parties concerned” and “The objectives of the proposal and the solution” describe the essence of the idea, the importance of the issues and the ways of its implementation. The remaining information blocks are filled to disclose the content of the initiative. They include existing alternatives, risks, goal attainment criteria\results, key partners, budget\costs, etc. In the future, the initiator will be able to monitor the current status of his\her request.
The Commission invites businesses, consortia, public authorities of the countries of the Union to present their digital initiatives aimed at developing the economies of the Member States.
